Probe calibrator TK 100C

With an output amplitude of 100 V, the TK 100C can be utilized for probes up to 100:1 divider ratio.

A rectangular signal with a typical rise time of 6 nanoseconds is supplied at the output.

The output level can be internally adjusted and is fully calibrateable.

With compact dimensions of approx. 70 x 40 x 130 mm, its major field of use is in the mobile service, but it is also ideal for a quick test in the lab. An AC adapter is supplied as standard.
